NAZARENE YOUTH CONFERENCE
Calling all high school students (during the summer of 2026) to join us for an adventure in Salt Lake City as we gather with thousands of other students and leaders from across the United States and Canada for an transformational, unforgettable movement!
Nazarene Youth Conference is a great event for the Virginia District NYI to deepen its relationships with one another. When we travel together and spend concentrated time in focused worship, it helps to strengthen the bonds of Christian community. Some will make lifelong friends. Others will feel and hear a call to full-time ministry. All will be compelled to take the next step in their walk with Christ.
In year’s past, Virginia has attended concerts, amusement parks, and National Parks as part of the NYC experience. We are currently planning some incredible experiences for our youth for Salt Lake City. We are excited that you are considering being a part of our ‘family’ for our trip in the summer of 2026.

Payments
The total cost for this trip will be $2400. The initial payment of $550 is due by Oct 15. For anyone who registers after Oct 15 and before January 15, the initial payment will be $750 + whatever payment is due per the payment schedule.
Virginia NYI Payment Schedule
Initial registration payment – Oct 15 = $550 (initial registration is $750 after Oct 15)
Additional payments of $350 due on Dec. 15, Jan 31, Mar 15, and April 30.
Final payment due on June 15 is $450.

We accept online payments, but please be advised that there is a mandatory 3% convenience fee added to the amount charged. To avoid this fee, please consider sending a check!​

What if I need to cancel?
​
All NYC program fee payments are non-refundable. However, in the event you are unable to attend, you may request for the Virginia District to transfer your registration to a new, previously unregistered participant. Virginia District will facilitate this process on your behalf. Transfers may be accepted facilitated through May 15th, 2026.
We recognize the significant costs of attending NYC and the various points of uncertainty associated. In order to enhance confidence toward registration and protect individuals, families, and district groups from financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances NYC has secured insurance coverage to mediate a wide variety of known risks and potential loss.

As a part of the NYC program fee all registered participants are covered by trip cancellation and interruption insurance due to verifiable triggers (such as medical related issues, travel restrictions, state/CDC advisory, family emergency). This provides, through an individual claims process after the event, opportunity to recoup non-refundable portions of event related expenses (including registration fees, travel and transportation costs, food and lodging expenses, and pre/post event excursions) if a transfer of fees and services to a new participant is not applicable.
