Final Deadline: Registration officially closes on December 31; any registrations received after this date will be placed on a waitlist.
ALL cancellations on or after December 15 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
ALL cancellations on or after January 10 will be non-refundable.
BRING WITH PROJECT
NYI is excited to partner with the Nazarene General Hospital in Papua New Guinea. They are the only hospital in the area and see many Children. They have a need for Child Activity Kits. We ask that each student bring some of the "Bring With Items" as we will be packing them at Winter Retreat.

FAQs
When does Registration open and close?
Registration opens on November 1st and closes on January 1st. Because of the nature of the event, we cannot accept onsite registrations.
Is there a packing list?
Yes, you should have received it in your confirmation email! Here's the list of items you should plan on bringing:

Bible (and a journal)

Clothes for two days (think layers, too)!

Personal care essentials

Water bottle

Comfortable shoes
You are not allowed to have items that you typically wouldn't be allowed to have on school property, such as pocket knives, fireworks, etc.
What's included in the price?
The price includes hotel lodging, sessions, various fun activities, t-shirt, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and so much more!
Where are we sleeping?
We've partnered with local hotels to provide housing. Roommate assignments are made by our team.
